Hope Lies With The Presumed Wise

Hope for a possible resolution to the Federal Government shutdown, the Budget and the United States Debt ceiling rests with the presumed wise members of the Senate. The Republican members of the House of Representatives, with very little experience in negotiations on behalf of the country's welfare, have demonstrated that they are incapable of the duties entrusted to them by the people. So, much hope must now rest with the saner Upper Chamber which seems to understand the workings of the new millennium. Godspeed ladies and gentlemen!
