Full Fairness to Workers in Turkey

That the Turkish Hard Coal Enterprises(TTK), will penalize 10,000 miners in Zongulduk, two-days pay for a one-day strike workers led in honor and out of respect to their fallen miners, who died in Soma; ought to be an illegal act. That TTK is a state-run entity makes it even more difficult to comprehend why Zongulduk miners would be penalize for such a noble cause in honor of the dead in the Soma mining disaster. Have the rights of workers descended to such a low in Turkey?
