Again On Syria's Children

The situation concerning the children of Syria has become dire. A couple days ago, MercyCorps warn of the looming and ongoing humanitarian crisis with respect to Syrian refugees. Now comes word that things have gotten so bad within Syria and especially in some areas of Damascus that Muslims clerics have given the thumbs up to permit residents to eat cats, dogs and donkeys. The Syrian regime has cut off entire swaths of the city of Damascus from any humanitarian aid. Children are dying from hunger and malnutrition. Action is needed forthwith to avert an even bigger crisis.
