The measurable development, well-being and tranquility of the Republic is very much determined by the liberties and benefits of its people. Any schemes to deny, to withdraw or to abridge already enjoyed rights and benefits of the people, constitute an attack upon the strength of the Republic.
Therefore, if members of the Republican Party in the United States(US), with the blessings of the President-elect, should continue their efforts to roll back the benefit of health insurance for over 20 million Americans under the Affordable Care Act, then their actions are detrimental to the tranquility of the Republic.
Rights and benefits should never be withdrawn from the people without the explicit expressed approval of a super majority of the people. Since the President-elect has pledged to take away the health benefits of millions of Americans; and given the fact that the President-elect failed to win a majority of the votes in last November's Presidential Election, then the President-elect has no mandate to tinker with the rights and benefits of the people within the Republic.
Similarly, any actions by the Congress to weaken the Republic by diminishing the benefits of the people must not be allowed to stand since such actions would disturb the tranquility of the Republic and such actions could be determined as unconstitutional.
The rights and the benefits of the people of the Republic must not be lessen through any political vendettas nor under any ruse as a legislative act.The happiness and the liberties of the people cannot be abridged if a Republic is to remain sound as an effective democratic State.
