Evidence of the the decline of the Islamic State(IS) is underscored by the reduced numbers of western youths daring to travel to Syria to join the extremists, the pay cut the violent group has asked its waning fighters to accept and by the frantic and desperate suicide bombings the group's leadership has recently carried out in and around Baghdad, Iraq.
Moreover, continued International Coalition attacks upon the violent extremists in Iraq and in Syria, have succeeded in reducing the IS numbers and its capital.
Facing this decline, the IS yesterday issued a desperate audio message asking its disappearing western sympathizers to mount attacks upon Europe and the United States(US) during of all things, the Holy Month of Ramadan, which starts the first week of June.
However, any and all possible sympathizers of the violent group, which has killed thousands of innocents, must reject this call made by the IS. The past few years have provided undisputed proof that the agenda and the dogma of the IS is counterproductive to the good exercise of religion and to the function of any society.
Hence, any youths, who once might have heeded the fallible call of the IS, are now in a better position to reject the self-destructive, sinful and illegal call of the death desiring IS.
From Paris, France; to London, England; to Minnesota, USA; to Molenbeek, Belgium and elsewhere, western communities have embarked upon de-radicalization programs to regain their children from the grips of extremists. Though there are yet some dangers posed by a few influenced individuals, the lure of the IS has been diluted in free societies.
The fallible dogma of the extremists will continue to dwindle wherever free people live in total rejection of any call to violence from a group of disgruntled men, who have falsely elected to renegade most of the world to the doldrums of misery just like their chosen pitiful existences in the places from where normal humans flee.
