Wherever justice, civil responsibility and patriotism reign high, terror and violence should be minimal. Therefore to combat terror and to reduce violence, it becomes necessary to sustain the aforesaid tenets of justice, civil responsibility and patriotism.
In addition, as United States(US) President Barack Obama affirmed to the American people last night, following the mass killing of 14 people in California, last week, the plotters of terror upon the communities of the free will be hunted, their havens disrupted, their financial chains broken and their fallible ideology countered as a means to retaining the serenity of the American Homeland. The President also advocated making it harder to buy assault weapons.
However, as in America and in all lands, it is paramount that justice be served fairly, equally and unabridged to all the people in order to minimize any incidents of radicalism that could drive marginal misfits to heinous acts of violence. Moreover, civic responsibility - coupled with a strong love and honor for the homeland, could suffice in reducing terrorism and violence.
