Upon the complaints and the concerns from parents as to their children's welfare and safety in Syria, Western nations have an obligation and a responsibility to do whatever is necessary to retrieve said children from Syria.
Whether or not the children of France, Great Britain, the United States or elsewhere, voluntarily entered Syria, the responsibility of their home states should remain the same to protect their citizens and nationals from harm abroad just as at home.
Therefore, in rescuing the children of western complainant parents, Western nations could legally engage both Syrian and Russian troops to secure the persons of youths duped by, or held against their will, by the Islamic State(IS).
Complaints from parents cannot be merely filed away on the belief or notion that it appears as if their children entered the Levant voluntarily. Of the many western youth in Syria, some are seeking a path home. And Operation Restore Innocence could safeguard many western youths from dread and death at the hands of the IS, Bashar al Assad's regime and Russian troops.
