Dearest children, yesterday history accepted into the official annals of time, the brazen disregard for human rights and for human justice of both China and Russia, as they teamed before the United Nations(UN) Security Council(SC), and vetoed a French drafted resolution cosponsored by another 60 Nations, that sought to refer Syria to the International Criminal Court, for prosecution of gross crimes against humanity, in an effort to bring justice to you, and to your 8,607 childhood friends, who have died thus far, in the bloody war still raging in your land.
In my previous notes to you, I've asked that you remain strong upon the mere premise I cling to that civil modern society, would soon recognize the travesty of your plight, and would bring a speedy end to the war that has now killed 162, 402. But today, I fear for you more - I fear for our World: for our World, so heavily intertwined in trade with suspect nations, has sat and allowed International organizations such as the United Nations to become hijacked by communists and authoritarians, thus rendering as null and void any meaningful actions for justice in the pursuit of human rights that these suspect nations might oppose. Like you, I ask, where are the greats of freedom and of democracy and of human rights? What could they do now to alleviate your suffering, your exile, your lost childhood, your injury and to bring justice to your dead?
I remain fearful, yet hopeful. Western nations must now understand the fears to justice and to human rights that China and Russia represent now, and in the future; so for your sake, for the free World's sake, I pray those in seats of power recognize the reality of your situation and ours and that they act accordingly less China and Russia, to ensure justice and the rights of men and of women today, tomorrow and beyond.
In my heart, I hold all of you. May God grant you relief. Amen.
